The Company's Code of Conduct

Introduction:

 

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, and directors of CM CENTRO MIRADOR and INVERSIONES CM EL HATILLO. It is designed to provide clear expectations and guidelines regarding our standards of integrity and business conduct.

 

Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations:

 

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and in a manner that upholds high ethical standards. Employees are expected to understand and comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to their job responsibilities.

 

Respect in the Workplace:

 

We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.

 

Conflict of Interest:

 

Employees must avoid any situation that may involve a conflict between their personal interests and the interests of the Companies. Any potential conflicts of interest should be reported to a supervisor.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy:

 

Employees must respect and protect the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of their work, unless disclosure is authorized or legally mandated.

 

Anti-Bribery and Corruption:

 

We strictly prohibit all forms of bribery and corruption. Employees must not offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribes, kickbacks, or any other type of improper payment.

 

Gifts and Entertainment:

 

Gifts, hospitality, or entertainment must not be accepted if they could affect, or appear to affect, the outcome of business decisions. All gifts and entertainment must be reported to a supervisor and recorded.

 

Health and Safety:

 

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace. Employees are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions.

 

Substance Abuse:

 

We are committed to a workplace free of substance abuse. Employees must not use, possess, distribute, or sell controlled substances or alcohol in the workplace.

 

Reporting of Any Illegal or Unethical Behavior:

 

Employees are encouraged to report any observed illegal or unethical behavior, or any violation of this Code of Conduct. The Companies will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who makes a good faith report.

 

Certification:

 

Every year, employees are required to certify that they have read, understood, and will comply with this Code of Conduct.
